Licence and price 5

How much does Pulso cost?+

The price depends on how many members you have, the licence period and the modules included. Request a quote and we'll reply by email with a fixed price.

Which periods can I choose?+

1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The longer the period, the cheaper each month.

Is there a setup fee or a lock-in contract?+

No. You only pay for the period you choose.

How do I pay for the licence?+

By bank transfer in meticais. You upload the proof in the gym's dashboard, under Licence. Once we approve it, the licence becomes active with a start and end date. We don't accept cards or direct debit.

If I renew before the end, do I lose days?+

No. The new licence starts the day after the last day of the current one, even if you change plans.

Getting started 3

How long does it take to get the gym running?+

Once the licence is active, you create your plans and start registering members the same day. If you have a door reader, we arrange the connection with you.

Can I import the members I already have?+

You can paste a list of names and phone numbers into group registration. For large lists, talk to us and we'll help.

Does it work on a phone?+

Yes. The dashboard opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There's nothing to install.

Members and payments 4

Which payment methods can I record?+

M-Pesa, e-Mola, cash and bank transfer. They all show up in the day's and month's payments.

Can members send their proof of payment?+

Yes, if the gym switches that option on. The front desk sees the proof, approves it, and the plan renews.

How do couple or family plans work?+

One holder pays for the plan and the plan has spots. Each person in a spot gets in with their own face or card, and everyone renews together.

Does someone joining mid-month pay the full month?+

You decide. With pro-rata on, the first month is proportional to the remaining days. With it off, you charge the full month.

Door and attendance 3

Which readers work with Pulso?+

We work with face and card readers. Tell us the model you have, or plan to buy, and we'll confirm beforehand.

What happens when a member's plan ends?+

The door stops opening for them until the plan is renewed. The rule applies to the reader and to manual check-in.

And if I don't have a door reader?+

The front desk checks people in on the dashboard. Pulso checks the plan the same way.

Data and security 3

Can other gyms see my members?+

No. Each gym only sees its own members, payments and attendance. The separation happens in the database itself.

Does my team see everything?+

Only what you give them access to. You choose, area by area, what each profile can see and do.

Can I take my data out?+

Yes. Members, plans, payments and attendance export to CSV from the dashboard at any time, including in the 30 days after the licence ends. See the privacy policy.

No questions with that word. Try another one, or write to us.

Know what you need?
